It's possibly just the dust seals on the bearings and should settle - if it was the cage/inner-race/outer-race/ball bearings(they all rotate as one) it wouldn't just bind at one point. I wouldn't be to concerned User.
If in doubt though, change them - they're only a couple of quid each.
A lot of freewheels don't spin particularly freely ime.
Put it all together and spin the cranks backwards. If the freehub is knackered, it will normally 'catch' and not spin very well. But it doesn't anything unusual
