Saw this new mag in the shops today, 'dedicated to road cycling' but looked like an interesting and quality read, expensive at £5 though.

I have copied the table of "crimes" that the article is based on, as you will see the facts just dont stack up. Since when was reflective clothing, helmet, headphones etc a rule of the road?
