This appears to be made by Velo, who make a lot of re-branded OEM and aftermarket saddles (including Genesis, Brand X, Madison, Nukeproof, Charge...) most of which appear to be the same substrate with various different covers. The Fabric saddles look very similar; however IIRC are a bit more minimal in their geometry..
