Where's the lock? Chain 'll be secure, but with no lock...

I don't think bolting a Cube to it is enough to stop anyone nicking that chain.

Chain maybe good but you need a better ground anchor, determined thief will pull the chain clean out of that concrete block.

I saw somebody steal our cat when I was a child ... A driver stopped, jumped out, grabbed the cat, chucked it in the back of the car and drove off. (That was in the early 1960s when stolen pets were rumoured to be ending up in vivisection labs.)
