Hi my name is Andrew and I am new to this forum. I love to ride. About 6 years ago i bought a cheap Schwinn bike from target. It was ok. I used it on a bike trail about once a week or more. Then about a year I ended up moving. And my bike ended up in the basement where I moved. That is where it sat for about 4 years. Mainly cause I have been very busy, and kind of lazy, never really felt like bringing it up stairs every time I rode.

This year I made myself a commitment to get back into riding, and to ride at a min of 2 days a week on my days off from work. And I will try to increase the amount after work. Helps that my work is about 2 blocks from the start of the keystone trail. Today I bought myself a better bike. The other day i rode about 30 miles, first time on the bike in 4 years, And it felt good, wasn't even sore afterward. I will push for more on my next ride in 2 days.

the bike i got was the Raleigh Cadent 2

Hi, that's some going, well played.

Are you in the U.S, I googled keystone and it suggests Pennsylvania.

Sounds glamorous compared to my local rides!!
