My dear ladywife has just gleefully informed me that there is a new series of it starting tonight. She loves it.
I may have to gouge my eyes out, kill myself or leave the room.
On reflection, leaving the room is probably less painful and as Woody Allen said ,"I'm not afraid of dying but it goes on for such a long time"

My condolences.

I, on the other hand have stamped my authority on the situation, brushed away any possibility of watching that awful programme, and am happily sitting here with a glass of red watching Gerry Robinson. ;)

Does Dennis Waterman sing the theme tune to it ? Just wondered if it was a pre-requisite for him appearing in anything.

I had no idea what you were an about til Dennis Waterman was mentioned. That's the one with him, the bloke from the Likely Lads, someone else (maybe from Auf Wiedersehen, Pet?) and a woman who everyone thinks is 'hot for her age' in it ain't it? You can tell I'm in tune with these things ;)

Anyway, my condolences...

SWMBO declared her intention to watch this bilge while I was still checking ITV4 schedule for the Tour roundup. I watched the racing and then went and sat on the patio with CW and an ipod of really old tunes ...

... then it started to piss down and I've resorted to my 'office' upstairs.

It's a shocking show, for some reason its the most popular tv drama in the Uk at the moment! why?

Means there are 14 odd million brainless drones out there that like that drivel!

The good lady wife was tap tapping away on her lady forum so I actually got to play a bit on the PS3 then watched some South Park.... She has now hijacked the remote now and is watching Reaper on E4 (kind of love to hate that show)
