Jags,

You might have a long wait. I'm sure that I have read that Paul Hewitt Cycles are not speedy responders to emails.

A quick phone call is probably better.

I wouldn't be deterred so easily. Paul Hewitt offers excellent customer service - but, fortunately, he is not an on-line retailer. Just give him a ring and he'll sort you out.

Undoubtedly one of the best wheelbuilders around. Give 'em a call!

I had my bike (and wheels) built by Paul and the team. The wheels were PMP hubs with Open Pro rims, fantastic!

I am over in Ireland at the moment with the family (N.Ire), new territory for me but I'm sure there must be a half decent wheel-builder over here.

It's a shame that there's an over reliance on email for enquiries/communication with vendors.

Like I mentioned in my earlier posting - it's a phone call that get the most meaningful results and allows for things to be settled there and then rather than through a series of emails distributed over a couple of days.

I've heard that Spa Cycles can be a bit tetchy on the phone, and indeed over the counter but I've had nothing but excellent service from them. Can't wait for a transaction handle by their resident Grinch.
