Bought Fulcrum Quattros, put them on bike today. Chain jumping like mad on 11sprocket. Went from 12-28 to 11-28. I was surprised to see chain bounce off to jam in frame, footered with H screw, but still cannot get it right, chain bounces like mad in small or large front ring. Old wheel runs fine. I'm missing something but don't know what it is. (Wheel is set up for 11speed, I have spacers in correct places). I'll try & upload a clip of it. Had this bike on turbo during the winter & thought hanger looked a bit askew, but other wheel runs ok. Help please!

did you undo the cable before adjusting the screw? and dont forget you can use the barrel adjustors too

Don't know if it makes any difference, but it runs dead on from 12 to 28 if I adjust the H screw accordingly

Fwiw, Ive found a very slight difference in axle widths of Fulcrum's to other wheels. My fulcrum's are tight fitting and I need to pry open ever so slightl the rear drop outs but my mavic hubs slot straight in. Never had a problem with the 11t on either though.

Spin the rear wheel while watching the cassette does it spin true? Even the slightest bit of alignment error and the chain will jump.

Your better off adjusting the derailleur's limits when the cable is undone, then attach the cable and adjust with the adjusters
