1. Encourage Mrs D to get up earlier each
day and get my coffee done.
2. Get Mrs D a new cookery book and
encourage her to try some recipes.
3. Encourage Mrs D to work harder.

Ohh....I might be missing the point here.
1. Get fitter.
2. Increase cycling by 30% each week
3. Lose 7 Lbs off the gut.
4. Drink less
5. Make sure me and Mrs D have more days out and more weekends away.

You might want to re think that. If you start at 1 mile in the first week and do 30% more each week you'll be doing 841500 in week 52. Here's the graph.

1) Not being grumpy.

2) Maybe become a full-retiree again instead of a semi.

3) Not sure yet but I need one as '3' seems like a decent number to go at.

My new year's resolution was to run a mile each day. If primary school children could do it then so could I. What I hadn't counted on was the uneven pavements, I tripped every week or two. The skin on my knees would get grazed off just as it was growing back on again. I've now given up.
