Well I need to peddle 47 miles before january the first to make sure this years 1000 miles is complete, not a massive amount at all, but im happy with it ! But next years is to double it !

External building maintenance, ive already got off to a good start with a rental maintenance firm which seems to be working well for both of our needs.but I want to do more private stuff in the area. Get away from hard landscaping which is my main business.
