I think lose weight and do more cycling about covers it for me
Aiming for another 1000 miles and half a stone weight loss which is 4.5 % total weight loss after i take into account x mas excess.

Never usually make new year resolutions but will do this year, (along with Mr M)!
WILL get back to the size, shape and fitness I had before I let myself go stop munching and get moving.
Going to the fat club in the new year with some of the girls ( and guys) from work, then when I have lost a decent amount will get back in the pool. Won't go in just yet, cozy too tight and I don't like harpoons.
