The air is held in the top section under the top-up valve on the top of the fork.

Twiddle the black knob on the bottom of the right leg will do it a bit, but you might have to get into adjusting the air pressure in them.

How do I out air into the forks,
or is this something that just get done at service?

Just call me Chris...
You need to get a special shock pump, unfortunately.

They're not overly cheap but you can get them on eBay.
With that, you add the air through a schrader valve on the top of the fork (check your manual or online for the correct pressure first)
