Here is the latest news from the surgery we use,

Thursday, 22nd December to Wednesday 4th January (inclusive)
Across the Christmas period, after consultations have finished and all the patient requests and visits have been dealt with, Bardney Branch Surgery will be closed for the remainder of the afternoon.
Please be assured that if you have a medically urgent problem that will not wait until the next working day, you can still telephone the surgery (01526 398494). Your call will be diverted through to the team at Woodhall Spa New Surgery who will be able to offer assistance.

I did some work reviewing some educational software

The biggest issue was that at the time it had been designed in an academic environment to run on Explorer 10

Problem was most Trusts who wanted to run the software were on Explorer 5 or 6 so there were areas within the software that were incompatible with the older versions, making it limited in use

Does it matter? OK, some people might be made happier if he stands up and earnestly spouts some platitudes and reassurances, but would it actually achieve anything apart from feeding some ghastly media machine? He's probably got some computer experts beavering away somewhere.
Yes it does matter because it highlights the fact the Minister for Health doesn't give a damn about the NHS as we all watch it heading towards privatisation.

He's the Secretary of State for Health - not the Minister of State for Health (that's Philip Dunne) - and the NHS is supposed to be an independent service.

Frankly, the further the Tories are kept away from the NHS the better...

The first line I think you are being a bit pedantic, the second line, I whole heartily agree with you, that is why I want a Labour government.

They won't make it any better..they may well make it far worse..plus you need tax payers to fund it ....there will be far less of them if the 3 amigos get the vote...most voters already know this so no need to get your hopes up Sir.

In your humble opinion of course.
