Hot cross buns make THE BEST bread and butter pudding - even better than panettone!
I'll be making another batch of HCB at easter, when the kids are home.
Easter sunday lunch will be
- Butternut squash veloute with crispy bacon with FMC, South African Chenin Blanc
- Pink roasted leg of lamb with rosemary, garlic and smoked anchovy, with a nice mature Pinot Noir or maybe a traditional style Rioja Gran Reserva
- HCB & Homemade marmalade Bread and butter pudding with a sweet Loire Chenin Blanc
