I'll do the taste testFirst attempt at using one of the cheffy dispensing bottles... your mention of whisky is pertinent, as i was thinking of soaking the dried fruit in whisky next time rather than wine...

I'll be making another batch of HCB at easter, when the kids are home.
Easter sunday lunch will be
- Butternut squash veloute with crispy bacon with FMC, South African Chenin Blanc
- Pink roasted leg of lamb with rosemary, garlic and smoked anchovy, with a nice mature Pinot Noir or maybe a traditional style Rioja Gran Reserva
- HCB & Homemade marmalade Bread and butter pudding with a sweet Loire Chenin Blanc
