The title didn't cause offence to me, but my father has full-blown Alzheimer's, and whilst stopping short of rascist comments (he's never really had a bad word to say about anyone ever) he comes out with the most ridiculous things imaginable: possibly Nigel Lawson is at the same stage.

Seems an odd thing to say, and I couldn't care less if some want to pillory him for it.
