Ninja Air Fryer

We've ordered a Ninja Dual Zone air fryer and it's going to be delivered in a couple of days time.
I've been given a quest by my wife to find a book which tells you how do cook different meats,fish etc but all i can find are books with recipes which we don't really want.Not only that most of the books on Amazon are written to an American audience with American measurements.
I'm just wondering if anybody knows the sort of book i am looking for?

My recent AF100 came with a booklet with loads of cooking times in for various food - I expect yours will too...

Quite often they have pre-programmed settings - guide above is about right. Think of it as a mini oven, but twice as quick as a normal one. Just keep an eye on food first as it does cook quite quickly.

I'm finding mine slightly slower than advertised - still quick, but often needing another 5-10 mins
