Apparently it is made of plastic. Anyone seen or heard of them before?
I bet the ride is err.......interesting! (Before you wags jump on the obvious, I refer to the bike:laugh:)

They are bloody awful to ride!

They even made a racing version but I haven't had the pleasure:rolleyes: of riding one of those.

Most museums think they need one as part of a cycling history display and I rode the Leicester Museums bike. Once. About 50 yards.

my lbs always has one outside. i helped bring it in once while he was doing a last minute job on my bike. my god, that thing weighed an absolute ton.

It's what happens when you let a bunch of car designers design a bicycle. We've got one hanging in the warehouse. Really quite astoundingly awful to ride, the thing is so flexible that you can turn the bars about ten degrees before the wheel starts to turn.

I've seen the one in Macc and a bike shop nearby has one outside, they look quite grey I think compared to the beige one linked to on here. Unless I'm mistaken.
