Serves them chuffing right. If they don't know what Audi drivers are like by now then there's no hope for them.

We did a charity bike ride wearing Wellington boots last Saturday to Old Hunstanton Lifeboat Station. We had lunch at the Old Boathouse Cafe which is next to the lifeboat station. When they heard we had cycled 20 miles in Wellies for the RNLI they refused to take any money for our lunch.........so there is such a thing as a free lunch (but we put the cost of our food into the collection)

Audi thinks price of lunch was excessive but the cars are not excessively priced?

Etiquette expert William Hanson said the garage should have set an upper limit and should "learn a lesson" and "absorb the cost". But he said that "you don't need to perhaps drink that much if someone else is paying".

Why would the BBC consult an "Ettiquette expert"?

The whole thing is a wheeze to quote one of the reporters mates in "print".

I do a lot of work for an Audi dealership, they are up there amongst the best I deal with, the cars are quality as well when compared with many others.
