Try ebay shoulder laptop bags or bg355 metro digital laptop/macbook rucksack. The only straps are for the shoulders.

What would a man realistically carry that would warrant carrying a man bag . I carry keys ,wallet and phone I have plenty of pockets .

Now those bags are useful you could fit most of the body in them , are they blood I mean waterproof

Two shoulder strap rucksack for me. Contains laptop,charger,basic computer tools, a few cables, usb sticks and a diary for noting which customers i need to see on any given day.
My bedazzled phone, keys with heart fob and purse are kept in my jacket

That's fine out of work. When I'm out for meetings / site visits I need my man bag to carry laptop, notepad / documentation, small tool kits, parts etc
