Norfolk advice

Any locals who can suggest any 1-2 hour rides around Aylsham area. I'm doing Marriots Way Sunday but am here for a long weekend so might get a cheeky ride in Saturday as well.

I'm not local but I'd recommend the OS Landranger map of the area. Then pick a route using yellow roads

Go up to Cromer (excellent fish and chip place there on the front), then maybe along to Sheringham and then home via Thursford. Nice loop.

There is the Bure Valley path, a walking and cycle path that will take to to Wroxham & Hoveton. Quite fun to ride. Might go and ride it again sometime soon as it's been a while. Google the Norfolk Coast Cycleway. There may be something of interest there for you.
