Still on. Meeting point is by the bike parking on Station Approach. We'll be heading North (I think I posted the route somewhere in this thread, though it's slightly changed since then)

I'm about to die....or at least go for a very long snooze!!

Had a nice ride up to the coast in Sheringham and back. And there was a head wind and a half I tell you!!

The route must have been about 60 miles from the station. Averaged 15.6mph and had a cycling time just shy of 4 hours.

The headwind was unpleasant, the side wind and dust storms were just unfair. Good ride though, I've gone and arranged a test ride on something with gears though, was hard to keep up with you two on fixed

I can honestly say that today was tougher than the 100 miles I did the other week. I'm exhausted! A big bowl of red thai soup perked me up for a few minutes, but I am feeling it.
