In our last house, the bathroom clock was above the door. In our present house, it is on the opposite wall to the door.

Despite moving around 8 years ago, I still manage to look at the wrong wall too...

Some pals of mine were trying to learn spanish so labelled each item of furniture and various everyday objects. Seemed a pretty good idea as familiarity and repetition mad it stick. However, though I was a regular visitor, sadly the only one I can remember is "el sofa"
