The shower in work broke down and was reported broken on the 14th, after a few days of no activity I chased it up- "he's waiting for a part, should be soon!" was the reply.
Nearly two weeks later I post on a staff forum for all to see (including those high up) asking for an update, within 24 hours the phone rang saying it was being looked into, and within 8 hours an answerphone message was left.
Turned out the shower was fixed on the 19th- 3 working days after it was reported- however the contractor that fixed it didn't think it was his job to take down the out of order sign, so it's been sat there perfectly fine with a lying poster on it whilst I washed in the sink :cursing:
At least it hasn't been too hot and at least it's fixed now! Rant over.

I suppose that why people are always tempted to touch wet paint when there is a sign up saying 'WET PAINT'
Like a shelter near me, it was probably last painted 20-30 years ago, but 'wet paint' was painted on the ground at the time, and its still there slowly flaking away
