A year or two ago I saw a boy of maybe 10 or 12 at Glasgow Central wearing a pair of those small and tight short shorts people used to wear in the '80s.

They were quite a sight!


.....Actually, coming to think of it, they might have been Rugby League shorts, but they were positively tiny anyway!
