Done bits.
France Flat and boring
Holland flat and quite interesting
Denmark - flat and nice cycling but not a lot to see
Norfolk/Suffolk/Kent - Bike path, what bike path ?

But if I had 3 months to do it all, I wouldn't, I'd cycle to Istanbul via the Rhein/Danube cycle route, pretty flat and a lot more interesting (done bits of that as well)

Bernie Friend has written quite and entertaining book about doing part of it. It's called Cycling Back to Happiness

Did it when the Norrona was on the Bergen- Lerwick route, alas no more.
I found it an interesting tour, seeing the differing landscapes and getting the feel of eight countries, if you count the UK as one;)). It took me about 60 days from Dover to Scrabster at a fairly relaxed pace, but I didn't bother too much about following the precise route and diverted to places that appealed along the way.

i've only done the netherlands part. mostly flat with the odd section of uphill (if memory serves me its katwijk to zandvoort) it was wonderfull cycling with great cycle paths and some lovely nature with the sanddune nature reserves as well as the sea. there were also some great campsites.
