Novatec A141SB hub axle

Axle to go in a Novatec A141SB hub. QR, front, 108mm total length, looks like 66mm across the shoulders (for the bearing cartridges), ø 9mm outside the shoulder and 10mm inside. Does anyone know where to get a compatible one, ideally for less than buying a whole new hub?

I've had a quick look and I can find the axle end caps on the novatech site, but not he axle itself. Spa have a hub for £25 so I guess that's the target price.
