Oops, that was a serious omission on my part It's 23 inch centre of BB to top of seat tube. The toptube from centre of seat tube to centre of headtube is 22 1/2 inches. 'near Cromer' was my best description for folk outside the area - we are at Felmingham, which is 9 miles directly South of Cromer.

Just one more thing buyers might like to know, does the seat post move?

Yes, seat post and bar stem both move freely. I cut both the seized gear cables so I could ride it down the road.
