did a 47 mile ride today, which is on my upper limit... but on the last 10-15 miles, my feet were buzzing with numbness, as were my hands... so much so i could barely push my thumb shifters. (the rest of me was fine)
Normally when i do a 40ish miler, it involves a stop around the halfway mark for a spot of lunch, but today i pretty much rode non-stop.
feeling a bit of numbness in a toe isn't uncommon, but both feet and both hands is new to me... is it all down to not having a proper break halfway through, or am i getting bad circulation in myold middle age?
