Not sure if we're on the same thread but I attended physio through work for a problematic neck. I happened to cycle to physio, so he had a look at my position on the bike, he told me my seat was just a fraction too forward for my natural riding position. Coincidently I'd been experiencing KN's for little while since buying the bike I'd assumed my padding in my shorts was too tight so just moved around or got off the bike jumping around like a maniac. However, moving seat back not only improved comfort it seems to have eradicated numbing

Seat ever so slightly forward and raised, somehow it has ended pointing down slightly which I will have too sort as it's now putting a bit too much weight on my sit bones but better that than what I was getting before and no numbness. I wish I had shut my front blinds before inspecting my gentleman's pouch for numbness though

Most of my cycling gear is my dads sky hand me downs (he just bought them himself he doesn't actually cycle for sky yet) so I'm going to get some new stuff as well that might fit a little better but think it may be problem solved for now
