Number of categories

Would it be churlish to postulate that there may be rather a lot of forum categories.

After all we don't want to go down the radar route

I find myself just going to the ones that interest me, and the others don't even register in my field of vision, unless I'm bored/seriously avoiding work.

I've thought about consolidating a few:

Road & Race - similar, but different enough?

Components and Know How & Repair and Maintenance - Could we cover these with just one forum?

Any other ideas?

on c+ all these were covered in know how. it seemed to work fine.

Can I just add a thanks from Mrs B for the inclusion of a Women's section? That's one expansion of categories that has gone down well!

Could I suggest a gallery section. I think a lot of us on here are keen to show off our rides (I'm about to complete mine this week!).

Would be good to perhaps show rides and get togethers as well.

What do others think?
