Sausage butties usually, with an occasional Mars bar and jelly babies while actually on the move.

And occasionally a pub lunch.

Sandwich (e.g. Tuna, cheese, ham), cake/flapjack, latte, maybe some sweets. I can't eat big meals generally and although fond of chocolate, I find it too sickly and claggy if cycling

I'm not an egg fan, thought of having while cycling is xx(

I really dislike "nutrition" products like gels and protein bars etc - I much prefer to fuel my body on real foods.

My favourite on a long ride is home made flapjack, and a banana on a shorter ride. If/when I stop for lunch I love a milkshake and something light to eat (a sandwich is fine but a pub meal would be too much). If I am cold on the ride then a bowl of soup is difficult to beat!

The Glue that binds us together.
A double espresso with clarified butter and / or coconut oil, with a couple of California rolls, with lots of Avocado and crab meat.
Crab meat sounds good.:okay:

Leave the house either on an empty stomach or having had some toast, cereal bars and flapjack at the ready in my pocket. Something like a bacon sandwich, eggs on toast, etc at the stop. Normal dinner when I get home. Usually have a gel or two in my pocket if I start to flag, plus some jelly babies or something. I don't eat masses when I'm out on a ride.

100miles or so is a cereal bar and a couple of gels in case I feel I need more. 2 bottles of zero tab hydration stuff, typically only get thru one, I'm terrible at keeping myself hydrated.

Never stop.
