I just read about this person going to court for the 'right' to appear on a Channel 4 television programme.
Is it really that much of a 'big break' fest that people will go to such lengths to get on Big Brother and re-launch careers as 'deep and meaningful' people?
I may read about it, I will not be 'keeping up' on a TV - I tried it once, thanks. Does anyone on here indulge...has anyone been on one? Spill the beans - real or imaginary - it doesn't matter.

I'm Snapper and I confess to having watched BB and CBB on numerous occasions.

Loved the one with Pete Burns in but went right off it after the Jade/Shilpa thing.

I am not cured as I know that just one episode could put me back to square one.

Did anybody see James May's programme about the Lego house? The designer was obviously trying to create a big impression as a soopa-doopa personality but she just came across as a muppet.

I watched Big Brother when it first came out and was a new idea. I quickly realized that it was in fact terrible and I haven't watched it since. TV for McDonald's-eating, tracksuit-wearing looseoids. Both the viewers and the contestants.

I'v enever bothered with BB or anything similar. As soon as I heard Big Brother was going to feature "ordinary" people I lost what little interest I had. Why do I want to watch a load of nonentities cavorting around on my telly?

Each to their own. Viva la difference and all that.

Must remember to hunt my old shell suit out, assuming it still fits after gorging on Maccy Ds all these years.

i think the irony of not being allowed to be in a house you can't just walk out of, with every nook and cranny covered by a camera just because he's got an electronic tag on is priceless…
