The questions has to be asked "what has it got to do with you how other people ride?" If you want to be a policeman then put on a pointy hat and join up.
It sometimes seems that headcam wearers use them to patrol the streets to catch riders like this.
Concentrating on your own riding is more important.

Hi Steve
A few answers to that:
a) RLJ is an offence.
b) Social responsibility - some people are so stupid and selfish, they need reminding when they do something wrong.
c) It reinforces the idea that ALL cyclists think they're above the law.
d) It's potentially dangerous for them and other road users and pedestrians.
e) I'm a sticky-beak!
I can honestly say that I ride completely within the law, I also don't use my phone or listen to music while cycling. It's really not difficult to comply with the law and based on experience RLJ'ing doesn't get you anywhere any quicker than those people who wait anyway.
For the record, I wear a headcam in case I'm ever in a collision and in fact, I was knocked off my bike last December and the without the footage, there would have been no case to pursue. Most of the time, I forget I've got the camera until something happens...
