...but no monetary worth
A Jay's feather left by Loch Earn after a night's camping and sharing supper with him, found under the tree he finally settled in, carefully taken home and still in a drawer after 30+ years.

A black and white photograph of my late Dad, in a TT in Birmingham (riding for Stonebridge Wheelers) 1957.

This particular copy, had been on the wall of his Nursing Home room for the last 3 years of his life (died after battling Parkinsons for more than 15 years) in among various family photos, for him to look at from his bed.

Was the last item I removed from his room when we had to clear it.

Now has pride of place in our lounge, and I always say "Morning Dad", as soon as I come down each day.

A locket sized framed photo of my then 22 & 21 year old parents (both long gone), taken in front of Durham Cathedral during the miners gala in 1952, a couple of months before they got married. It sits on my stereo shelf in the kitchen and always raises a smile when I (at 57 years old now), look at it ~ ma & pa, when they were just a couple of bairns ^_^.
