I think road tax exempt, many military vehicles are. MPG is woeful but excellent fun. If I remember rightly the steering wheel is upside down as well. I might be wrong there but it is definitely not what you're used to.

Some people on here will tell you that 'Road Tax' has not existed since 1936 or similar.

'Road Tax' is what you see all these ignorant, bike hating idiots band about - We should all be paying it and insurance and so on and because we don't, we can just be knocked off and killed. 🙄

I thought better of people on here.

It's VED (Vehicle Excise Duty) and is calculated by emissions, so the price varies anyway.

Besides, the roads are funded through your Council Tax, it's not to do with the DVLA or whatever. 😆

Older than 40 years and it'll be exempt from VED anyway.

Road Tax disappeared thanks thanks in part to Churchill in '37.
