No worries anyway, I found some reduce bread rolls, a red cabbage, some lamb mince and some thickly cut gammon ham. Sounds like an edition of Ready Steady Cook!

Mince them all together (not the red cabbage, though), add an egg or two and a bit of milk, shove it in a bread-baking tin, and bung it in the oven.

Et voila! meat loaf.
