He seems to be down for the count Spandex, I haven't seen him move for quite a while... I am starting to wonder where the ref is and why the countdown hasn't been started.

Its all very busy down here, the crowd is making a lot of noise, they came here to see blood, and feel shortchanged that it is over so quickly.

Back to you in the commentary box Spandex.

thank you jacomus....

its not looking good the ref was found in the locker room doing things to bikes.

but its not looking good for Zoiders as the crowed are now looking for blood as you said jacomus

now mickle has got his porn mag out

come on ref but down the bike and get out hear!!!

jacomus have you seen him move?

Thats it viewers we are soon coming upto the 48 hour mark and your right Jacomus is it that mickle manslap that has put him out of the running. we need the ref back to do the count it cant take that long having sex with a bike in the locker rooms............

can it

Jacomus did you see that Zoiders coach Bentmikey tryed to have a go at mickle... but mickle is not fazed by it and is still sitting in his corner wating for the count reading last years top gear magazine.

If anyone can actually be bothered to go and have a check to see what Sheldon says on the matter, he describes what people here term the 'Sheldon Shake' (although he attributes it to Zaven Ghazarian) but also talks about the on-the-chain cleaners. He suggests that the shake method may work better because there's more solvent involved, but that the on-the-chain machine may do a better job of flexing the chain to get more dirt out. He sounds a lot less religious about it than many of his followers do on this forum.

Incidentally, as I was cleaning my bike on Friday I noticed that my citrus degreaser actually has an environmental hazard symbol on it. I've just had a look on the text on the back and as it turns out it's pretty evil stuff. It's bad for 'aquatic organisms' and should only be disposed of in a hazardous waste disposal unit, and should not be poured down the drain.

Ooops. It did a great job of cleaning the drivetrain on my bike, but I'm not really sure if I should be using it any more. As far as I can tell you're not really meant to pour white spirit down the drain either.

Say what you like about mickle's method, it does seem rather more eco-friendly (although I guess if you believe detractors of the method, you'd have to weigh that against having to replace your chains and gears more often).

*Runs in looking dishevilled*

Sorry Spandex, I was, er, interviewing one of the promo girls.

It looks like this fight has come to a conclusion, the two big hitters slumped wearily in their respective corners, the ref on the sex offenders register after f*cking his bike, and two young bystanders are wandering around amidst the oil patches and sheared chain links. They look lost, Spandex, very lost in the aftermath of this epic fight.

In fact I am lost too. I know which method I shall use to clean my chain, now where#s that promo girl gone...

*wanders off*
