I have a friend who is Spanish. On the way to work one day she had problems with footwear/pedals.
Once in work she sought out the handyman and announced "I have a problem with my clits...."

Come to think, its my left foot I have pain with using shimano shoes and its the left cleat that broke.......conspiracy

You still have the down stroke. MTFU.

I had to pedal one legged for six miles when the crank bolt fell out and the LH crank fell off. I couldn't find the crank bolt. I limped to Moonglu in Ripon and bought a complete chain set and managed to finish a 100km within the time limits.

I got quite a few looks of sympathy from folk as I pedalled through Ripon as I was resting my left foot on the bottom bracket and they probably thought that I was a disabled cyclist.

It's a standard turbo trainer exercise.

Not one I fancy doing again on muddy country lanes..........kudos for finishing the 100km though
