it's the little button on the left that looks like a road sign.

Use the red triangle at the bottom Right hand corner of the offending post.

You see the little triangle on the bottom left of a post? The one that looks like a little warning triangle? If you click on that you get taken to a page where you can do a note to admin about something you think is wrong in some way.
