The new one arrives tomorrow and this one had the kitchen built around it with laminate in front. It's half out and whatever is at the back, doesn't look like adjustable feet, will not clear the laminate. So far the only way I can see of doing it is to rip all the pump bits out and knock it's back feet off, which sounds easy but isn't.

I'm sure the collective CC experience has done this before?

The only advice I can offer...Disconnect the electrical supply before attempting to move anything:smile:

Are all the pipes disconnected & removed ? The hot-water supply line, discharge line, and the electrical line can be fiddly to remove; especially the supply line and the electrical connection which are usually found between the bottom of the unit and the floor.

Set kitchen on fire.
once fire subsides remove dishwasher from wreckage (access will be much easier)
sorted.

alternatively see if you can get at the feet and screw them back in? i know those adjustable feet can be a pain.

Had to get a broken washing machine out that some pillock had put in before building the cupboards and putting the worktop on and then laying a row of quarry tiles in front.
Had to demolish it from the front - saw the bolts holding the concrete block in place, bash the sides in to get the top a bit lower and haul it out. Had to buy a (more expensive ) small sized washing machine to fit in the gap without having to rebuild the kitchen!

What about tunnelling from underneath a la Great Escape. Watch out for the Goon Box though.
