Must be true. I read it in a real book a while back.

I am sick and tired of people like you making stupid statements about what really happened in WW2. May I suggest you read history books on that subject again. Your saying is an insult to all of my compatriots who fought bravely in the resistance and risks their lives every day to free their country. My father was one of them so you may understand why I am touchy on the subject .

It does look like that. I don't think one surrenders with their weapon in their hand.

I was in an Armoured Regt , whilst in the field , it was imperitive to be aware of friendly troops on the ground ,
