Well the sun is shining but the temperture is -3.2 degrees C here so I shan't be going out just yet but I can't put it off for to long other wise I will be late for Church.

Doubt i will get out today, father in laws birthday so we are going up in a bit and we are having someone look at the house as we are selling this afternoon.

Nice ride yesterday though - it must have been about 4 degrees, sunny, ice on the back lanes but lots of salt on the main roads - I spend 20 minutes afterwards lovingly washing my bike down with hot soapy water then drying it with a warm towel, tweaking its spoke nipples and rubbing its bottom bracket.....

Far to cold for me .,. i am a warm weather rider, so it needs to be at least +3 before i would even think of going out the door.

Was planning on doing 50 miles today....took the girlfriend to edinburgh for her work, she had a works night out last night and she was drunk so she can`t drive the sun is up and it`s still -2 degrees....not going to risk it, will get out during the week after work

I got a text at 6 this morning am i riding, looked out of the window there was thick frost on all the motors, i went back to bed, will get out shortly now the sun is out.

I've just put the winter tyres on Mrs Gti's car and now I'm trying to get the doors open on my own car... they're frozen shut! Have come in for a coffee and a bikkie.
