I regularly find tea spoons, potato peelers and the like at the bottom of the compost bin after a year or so.

I've got one of those. And she's always adamant it wasn't her. I've actually watched her do it. It's a sort of automatic pilot mode so she really doesn't know she's done it. Currently missing is the shed key...........
