Old steel frame with braze on shifters

I'd like to upgrade my old 600 Ultegra groupset with the latest combined brake/shifter group-sets, but I will need a way to hold the cable outer at the point where the old shifters were attached.
Is there a component that will enable this at the shifter stubs brazed on the lower tube?

If you can blow up my avatar picture, I am riding a track frame with no braze on fittings at all. I ran outers all the way to the rear brakes and Rd and used black tape to hold the cables to the frame.

A bit messy, but that's the bike I did all my pb's on.

Edit: looking closer, the outers for the rear brake were held on with chrome clips, not tape, but the gear cables did use black tape.
