Old Tandem, Help?!

Hi Guys, my first post on the forum. I brought an old tandem some time ago with the intention of restoring it and isolation has finally given me the time. Can anyone point me in the right direction for age, make etc... I know the seats and handlebars are not original (I didn’t put them on). There is also a chassis number welded underneath that I can’t find any info on. Any help greatly appreciated. Si.

Welcome @Sri_1992 i reckon that set of numbers in your second picture is a post code ie High Peak area

Is there any marking around either of the seat tubes around the clamp area or one of the rear drop outs ?
