Red bull drink owners have been sued by someone who claims he has not grown wings or gained an extra edge over competitors , and won !
Red Bull has had to set aside $6.5 million to settle a $10 claim for anyone who has bought the drink, pity the claim form is only for America .

That's hilarious but ultimately logical. Presumably though, you'd have to prove that you bought a can of the stuff? Like - receipts, credit card bills, a pic of you with a can...? So they might not end up paying out a lot.

How ironic: you could say that the very fact they're suing Red Bull for not giving them wings is proof that it has given them wings (i.e. they're just not in their right minds). What an interesting "legal" system they have there.

I've never had Red Bull, but I do like the occasional (about 5 times a year), can of Coke (and I can't even think what sums up those occasions but it just hits the spot very very occasionally). No idea how people can go through litres of it every week though.

And BTW Redbull tastes horrid, just smelling the stuff makes me want to be sick. But it may be due to previous bad reactions!

no never had coke. have had Fanta, tango, and things like dandelion and burdock, sarsaparilla but never coke/pepsi/red bull etc...

I really only drink coke if I've had a stomach upset. It's really good as a stomach-settler (with most of the fizz stirred out) and very reviving. Cola was used in traditional medicine in Africa to settle the stomach.

I quite like it - at least it's a real flavour - but I wouldn't drink it often. Red Bull - weird, sickly stuff!
