It's definitely not the Cross Inn, Heptonstall. That pub has a much grander front and also - the hill is sloping the wrong way! It's a nice old photograph though.

And then there was Brenda Littlefair of East Bradford CC who set a new national age record for a 12-hour time trial of just over 203 miles at age 71 last summer

There's a lady in her 70s/80s who still time trials regularly round East Anglia. Olive: who is *amazing* Every week, she's out there. Even yesterday's 20-mile TT, on exposed, rolling course, howling wind, sleet, rain, sleety-rain & the odd bit of snow - she was out there.
