On Twitter? Good cyclists to follow on Twitter?

Hi All,

Who are good cyclist's to follow on Twitter - in terms of them a. posting fairly often or b. posting interesting things? I remember reading one or two pro's are regular Twitterers but can't remember who they are.

I'm as of today, following Armstrong (though I'm not his biggest fan), Cav and Charlie Wegelius.

Also following @spokesmen (the Eurosport commentators - or may just be one of them I can't recall) and steephill.

I thought I'd read that Cav didn't Tweet and there was a bogus Cavmeister on there. Is Armstrong still twittering? I assumed he'd be keeping his head down and now that he's dropped out of the Leadville 100 he has no future races planned.

ChrisBoardman posts some funny responses to his followers. He's one of the few I have enabled for SMS notification to my handset.

You may be right - I am relatively new to Twitter land; well I joined quite some time ago but barely touched til recently. Armstrong is still Twittering but not very much.

Yeah I got him - the photo helped and him living in the Wirral helped. I remember he came from there, from his Manchester Wheelers days, didn't know he still lived there though

Yep, he still lives here. I see him from time to time, sometimes running on the Wirral Way. I see his dad about 3 times a week at the Eureka Cyclists Cafe, too.

This shows how old I am - I used to race at the same time as Boardman's Mum & my Mum and Dad knew his Dad too.

I'm on facebook and Twitter but am afraid I'm not sure what you're supposed to do on Twitter! I don't know why anyone would be interested in me either.
