That looks seriously cool to me. I've owned a classic 1998 UK Turbo Wagon, it was a fun car, but not fast enough for how much fuel it drunk. Need an STI or something. Love those wheels and it's lowered I think 😎

SIL had an 02 plate (iirc) WRX STI Prodrive, 320 bhp with the gold wheels. Seriously asbo looking but christ, it was a brutal car. Best he generally got was 25 mph iirc, infinately less when driven spiritedly

I haven't seen one of those in years. A very underated car IMO. I'd be happy to have one, especially the 1.6TD. Won't won many traffic light GPs but an economical and reliable old workhorse.

Saw a mk1 Escort on the move this morning. Looked like a proper one, not chavved into a fake rally wannabe or Twin cam/Mexico/RS clone as so many seem to end up. Alas, had my hands full of dogs so couldn't reach my phone.
